Business Bay is a residential and commercial business district that will have more than 240 buildings located close to the Downtown area of Dubai. The project features many skyscrapers strategically positioned close to SZR and Major transport links. The project also is located close to Dubai Creek which will be dredged and extended out to sea. The area itself is a massive 64 million square feet that will house many luxury residences with a splendour of lush green areas and walkways to enjoy.

This project was envisioned by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Minister of the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), and also Ruler of Dubai. He envisioned Dubai to be the commercial and business capital of the world, where all businessmen and all nations' leaders could convene in comfort and efficiently. For this reason he commissioned for the development of the Business Bay inside the city of Dubai.

Dubai Business Bay is made up of three individual property developments.

Vision Tower

Vision Tower is a 51 storey Skyscraper filled with offices. It will be positioned at the entrance of Business Bay which is a freehold commercial and residential area. Vision Tower will include office spaces from 5,000 to 12,000 square feet built on an area of 592,000 square feet.

Vision Tower will rise 260 meters (853 feet) high, covered with transparent glass, allowing clear views from both outside and in. It will also have a bent transparent glass facade that will be made up of a wall of high-tech glazing, internally lit to create a luminous beacon.

Bay Square

Bay Square which caters for the busy professional is a new business, residential and retail project. It will cover 2.4 million square feet and will be located approximately 1km from Sheikh Zayed Road.

Residents and visitors will be able to enjoy the pleasant cosmopolitan surroundings that will feature an array of cafés, restaurants and retail units, (approximately 575 offices will occupy the area).

Bay Square will also provide studio's and one bedroom apartments for rent or sale. The apartments are not the biggest but are finished to a very high standard with luxury in mind. Most of the apartments include balconies where residents have  fantastic views of Bay Square and the whole of the Business bay area.

Executive Towers

Finally we have the Executive Towers which consists of ten residential towers, a high class hotel, and a shopping centre known as Aspect Tower. The apartments are equipped with modern amenities where residents can amuse themselves with a host of facilities such as daycare centres, swimming pools, gymnasiums, schools, and health clinics.

Executive Towers offer a variety of apartments and villas for sale and for rent including studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments as well as townhouses, villas and penthouses.
