Downtown Burj Dubai is located on the first Interchange along the Sheikh Zayed Road near Dubai’s main business district Deira and covers an area that is 0.8 square miles. It is connected to the Dubai Metro via the Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station which is in the last phases of construction.

Located in the Downtown Burj Dubai is the Burj Dubai Boulevard, which is a 3.5 km and 73 metre wide parade that is surrounded by buildings and landscaped green areas where residents can casually wonder around and absorb the true magnitude and elegance of the area.
