Long term rentals in Dubai usually start from a six month period to a maximum one year. The tenant has to hold a resident Dubai Visa. You can renew your rental tenancy contract after each year as long as the landlord agrees. Short term rentals can be paid on a monthly, weekly or on a nightly basis.
